Reception for the Paperback Release of Stranger Here Below

Joyce Hinnefeld, associate professor of English at Moravian College, will host a celebration and book signing for the paperback release of her second novel, Stranger Here Below, here at the Moravian Book Shop on Friday, June 1, from 5 to 7 pm.
Stranger Here Below
spans nearly 100 years in the lives of three generations of women in
Kentucky. The main characters are strong women and non-traditional,
according to the mores of their times, and the story chronicles the
shifting politics of race and gender within the details of their lives.
Hinnefeld's
novels have become staples of local book groups, with whom she has
joined in discussions during her book promotions. Hinnefeld also plans
to share a list of favorite titles by other writers as book group
recommendations.
